BOOKING TERMS

 

  • Booking and cancellation terms described here are applicable to reservations made directly with the hotel through its own channels (telephone, web, e-mail…).
  • Bookings made through external operators may have their own conditions outside the hotel.
  • Generally speaking, the arrival time is established from 14:00 AM and the departure time until 12:00 AM.

RESERVATIONS

 

  • Reservations are guaranteed until 20:00 on the day of arrival.
  • After that time, if the hotel has not received any communication from the client, it will be considered as “not presented” and the reservation will be cancelled.
  • In case of reservations of 3 rooms or more, the hotel can request a guarantee deposit of 25% of the total amount of the booking.

CANCELLATION

The Hotel El Cerco reserves the right to temporarily charge an amount before entry.

 

  • FLEXIBLE THREE DAYS

    • The client can cancel a reservation free of charge up to three days before the date of arrival. The client will have to pay the total price if he cancels during the three days before the date of arrival. If the client does not show up he will have to pay the full price.
    • No advance payment is required.

 

FLEXIBLE SEVEN DAYS

    • The client can cancel a reservation free of charge up to seven days before the date of arrival. The client will have to pay the total price if he cancels during the seven days before the date of arrival. If the client does not show up he will have to pay the full price.
    • No advance payment is required.

 

PARTIALLY REFUNDABLE 15 DAYS

    • The client can cancel a reservation free of charge up to 30 days before the date of arrival. The client will have to pay 50% of the total price if he cancels during the 30 days before the date of arrival and the total price if he cancels during the 15 days before the date of arrival.
    • No advance payment is required.

SPECIAL PRICES (SAN FERMÍN)

The Hotel El Cerco reserves the right to establish in its calendar periods or days with rates with special conditions of reservation and cancellation.
